This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed through BhooMagic, a brand operated by Sehyogi Biotech (Registered Firm). All billing and transactions are processed under Sehyogi Biotech.


Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our organic plant care products, we do not accept returns once products are delivered.
This helps maintain product quality, hygiene, and safety for all customers.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • Incorrect item delivery

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.
We will review the issue and provide appropriate assistance where applicable.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

  • Product confirmed damaged during transit

  • Incorrect product delivered (verified case)

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delivered products without damage proof

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Incorrect usage of products

  • Delay caused by courier or external factors beyond our control
